Cancellation Policy Your appointments are important, and I understand that life happens. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, please review the following cancellation policy: • Rescheduling or Cancellations: Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% charge of the service booked. • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full price of the service booked. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the time of the next client, but the full service price will still apply.
